Executive Coaching
WLH has provided individual coaching and development to senior leaders in many organizations. Through a process of providing feedback and guidance, WLH helps sharpen the skills and develop the capabilities of individuals who have been identified as future organizational leaders. WLH has been acknowledged for successfully helping these leaders and supporting the behavioral change needed to improve their overall performance and effectiveness.
WLH has:
Developed an executive coaching and leadership development process that included both qualitative 360° interview data and quantitative 360° survey data.
Utilized a core group of executive coaches to provide one-on-one development planning, coaching, and support; including feedback delivery and creation of individual development plans.
Designed and developed coaching workshops to enhance the skills and abilities of internal corporate coaches.
