To develop the abilities of leaders in international markets when addressing emerging business challenges, WLH partnered with a client to create an integrated leadership development program for general managers and their direct reports.
WLH helped this client:
Identify changes in the external business environment and the requirements of senior leaders to meet them proactively.
Create role descriptions for general managers and their direct reports.
Design a web-based 360° feedback and development planning process that included the assessment instrument and feedback report.
Identify specific needs to accelerate world-wide leadership development.
Develop action learning projects for high-potentials to work on and bring significant value to the organization.
Design leadership conferences for high potentials that provided intense learning and assessment experiences.
Formulate implementation strategies for international roll-out of the program and created training materials, processes, and tools in multiple languages.
