WLH worked with a client in preparation of an upcoming merger with the primary focus to develop an integrated organizational culture and team effectiveness plan. WLH conducted an organizational diagnostic and interviewed senior leaders to clearly understand the business direction, potential synergies, and overall goals for the unified organization. As part of the planning process, WLH then worked with senior leaders to gain agreement on overall cultural tenets, strategic direction, and milestones for operational excellence.
