WLH partnered with a senior leadership team to manage two broad field force expansions. The project included clarifying strategic objectives, developing a detailed project plan with multiple work streams, and ensuring coordination and alignment throughout the organization during the change process.
WLH also:
Conducted an organizational assessment to design the optimal business structure, created role descriptions, and identified performance metrics at the individual and team levels.
Developed role descriptions and recruiting processes for the expansion in collaboration with Human Resources and the field.
Designed and developed an overall learning and development strategy for field representatives, including a complete redesign of the orientation program for new employees and development of field experiences and coaching guides.
Designed a divisional management meeting in which teams worked through various elements of the strategy to determine how best to operationalize it in the field.
Designed a national meeting and Leader-led Modules which enabled managers to communicate the new strategy and focus on role clarification and field execution.
Managed the overall expansion project, which included monitoring and coordinating multiple work streams across teams and functions.
