As part of an assessment for the Corporate Affairs Group of a multinational corporation with negative public perceptions, WLH partnered with senior leaders to develop a strategy to enhance the function's value and effectiveness.
WLH helped the client:
Develop and facilitate a series of strategic planning sessions that supported alignment with corporate initiatives and key challenges.
Collect and analyze internal client satisfaction data to identify key issues and make recommendations regarding the ability of the Corporate Affairs Group to influence the external environment.
Design a global Corporate Affairs Meeting for over 250 employees with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement and sharing best practices for working with the external environment.
