Developing an Integrated Human Capital Strategy provides senior leaders and Human Resource leaders with the skills and tools to assess how the organization manages its most important asset – its people. The workshop is designed for either HR Leaders or business leaders to assess their current HR programs and activities. The goal is to explore if the programs are integrated into one human capital strategy or determine if they are activities with no overarching framework and objectives. WLH uses the Recruit, Ready, and Retain model to categorize activities and establish linkages.

Developing an Integrated Human Capital Strategy incorporates best practices in human capital strategy to help HR leaders assess where they are and close potential gaps. Additionally, the program provides an opportunity to use a step-by-step process to evaluate current levels of HR strategic partnership. HR leaders report that the assessment tool helps them organize their efforts and identify key priorities for the both the long- and short-term. Lastly, clients report that looking at HR programs and activities within a broader Human Capital Strategy provides them with the ability to gain the desired “seat at the table” with other business leaders.
